How many chews should I give my dog?

The daily serving is based on your dog’s weight, so they get the amount that’s right for them. Simply check the feeding guide or enter their weight in our serving calculator and we’ll do the maths for you.
How should I store the chews?
Keep them fresh for tomorrow’s treat.
Store the tub in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and make sure the lid is properly closed after each use.
Should I give the chews with food?

You can give the chews with their meal or on their own. Just make sure they get their recommended serving each day and keep it part of a consistent routine.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens. If you forget a serving, simply continue with your dog’s normal amount the next day. There’s no need to double up.
Can I give alongy supplements to a pregnant or nursing dog?
Got a mama-to-be at home? We know you want the very best for her and her little ones. Since the formula hasn’t been specifically tested for pregnant or nursing dogs, we recommend checking with your vet before adding it to her routine.

We ship our products from several fulfillment centers located in Europe. The shipping location depends on the customer’s country and is selected to ensure the fastest and smoothest possible delivery.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, your tracking code will appear in your account under the relevant order, so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.
Can I return my order?
Changed your mind? No worries.
We accept returns within 60 days, as long as the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
Because these are consumable products, opened containers cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. If you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
