Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your order includes shipping protection/insurance, eligible claims will be handled according to the applicable protection terms.
Returned or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
